Privacy Notice
Last updated: 16 October 2026. This notice covers the adult inquiry form, when online inquiries are enabled.
What you choose to provide
We request an adult preferred contact name, email, selected world, inquiry type, optional room dimensions and a color direction. We record your explicit consent, notice version, submission time and bounded campaign references if you arrived through a campaign link. We do not request child identity, birthdates, health information, identifiable photographs or open-ended child stories.
Purpose and storage
The details are used to respond to your inquiry, manage duplicates and handle privacy requests. They are stored in MyKidsNest’s restricted Cloudflare database when collection is enabled. The public site has no API for reading submitted inquiries. No marketing subscription is created.
Spam control and retention
Short-lived keyed network counters limit abuse; raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Active inquiry records expire after 30 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Hosting-provider backup copies may follow a separate retention process.
Your choices
Submitting is optional. Use the contact page to request access or deletion; the owner will verify control of your email address before acting. Do not submit another person’s private information.
Campaign links and site data
Only recognized campaign source, campaign code and content code can accompany a consented inquiry. No full browsing history or referrer URL is stored with it. This form uses no marketing cookies, third-party advertising pixels or child profiles. Cloudflare may process technical requests to operate and secure the site under its service policies.
