Inquiries and paid work

Sending an inquiry does not create a paid order, accepted commission or response deadline. Before any paid work, the owner and customer must separately agree deliverables, price, timing, revisions, cancellation/refund handling and permitted use. No payment is collected through this form.

Concept use

Do not treat images as measured implementation drawings or assume that shown products are available. Rights for any supplied paid files must be stated in the separate offer. Do not redistribute material without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Safe participation

The inquiry form is for adults. Do not submit child identity, sensitive information, identifiable child photos or someone else’s private information. Review the Privacy Notice before sending.

These scope statements do not remove any mandatory rights that apply to a customer. Owner-specific commercial terms must be confirmed before a paid service launches.
